Return Policy. All merchandise returns must fully comply with the return procedure outlined below. All items returned must arrive in the same condition which they were received, including the original packaging, manuals, cables and accessories. No refunds, credits or exchanges shall be permitted more than 30 days after the date of receipt, or if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. Unless the item is defective, a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price may be applied on any opened item. This does not apply if the item is exchanged for the same or very similar item. Assessment of the 25% restocking fee will occur at the time of refund or exchange request.
Returns Procedure. To initialize a product return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number, please follow the AMCONN Store Return of Product Procedure. If you have any questions regarding the return procedure, please contact the AMCONN Store RMA Department at [email protected]. Commencing on the date the RMA is issued, the particular RMA number is valid for no more than 60 days. All returned items must be sent via pre-paid shipping.

Product Warranty & Limitations
Warranty. Amconn store provides warranty that our products will be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship. No further warranty, expressed or implied will apply. This includes implied warranties of fitness for a certain purpose exceeding the aforementioned warranty.
limitation of liability. Under no circumstances shall amconn store corporation, its subsidiaries or affiliates or their respective partners, directors, officers, shareholders, employees or representatives be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, use of profits), however caused, whether by breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, whether or not amconn store corporation has been advised of the confirmation or possibility of any such damages or events. You agree that amconn store’s maximum liability coming from any product or service sold by amconn store shall not exceed the price of said product or service. Several jurisdictions exist that prohibit the limitation of exclusion of liability for certain damages. The above many not apply to you to the extent that such jurisdiction’s law is applicable to this agreement.
